Ms. Brandão has served as Board Director, Member of the Leading Management Team, and Senior Finance Executive of Donsoco Holdings since April 2011. In addition to, she is the current full-time Chairlady of the Holding’s Finance and Investment Committee and President of Donsoco Financial®, with the primary responsibility of leading the Holding’s finance and investment platform, which was implemented to provide sustainable financing and investments for the Holding’s long-term interactive-humanitarian ecosystem ventures aimed at providing water, energy, and food security to the African Free Trade Area countries (AFTA) beginning with Kenya.

Ms. Brandão has over 21 years of extensive experience in financial markets, asset protection, banking, corporate tax accounting and tax law practice in Brazil related to managing legal compliance for permanent capital vehicles.  As a retired Brazil Tax Lawyer, Ms. Brandão successfully represented numerous corporate clients in municipal, state, and federal courts by providing leverage in resolving tax, labor, and national treasury bond cases.

In her capacity of Chairlady of the Finance and Investment Committee, Ms. Brandão is in lead command of the Holdings Ecosystems Corporate Group strategic plans associated with budget management, cost–benefit analysis, forecasting needs and securing the Holding’s energy-water-food nexus projects funding of the AFTA countries.

Ms. Brandão received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Veiga de Almeida University of Rio de Janeiro Rio in 1997 and graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) Graduate School of Management with an MBA in Management in 1998. She earned her Bachelor’s in Law from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in 2004 and attended Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) Post Graduate Tax Law Program plus earned her TAX LAW Credentials in 2006.
