Mr. Yang has served as Board Director of Donsoco Holdings and Chief Operating Officer since January 2009 overseeing the Holdings ongoing and diverse ecosystems projects, operations and procedures. With over 28 years of valuable experience in establishing operational excellence within culturally mixed environments, translating conceptual models into specific growth strategies, besides planning and executing multi-faceted national business development campaigns for many companies, Mr. Yang is a respected intellectual capital asset to Donsoco Holdings.

As a member of the senior management leading team, Mr. Yang is responsible in securing the functionality of the Holdings name brand business units, to drive extensive and sustainable growth by designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures; setting and carrying out comprehensive objectives for maximizing performance, growth, and profits; and establishing policies that successfully promote the holdings ecosystems corporate group culture, vision, and values.

Mr. Paul received his MBA from Walden University in 2015 and Bachelor of Arts from Toccoa Falls College in 2005 and Associate of Business Management from National Education Center in 1990.
